Coaching Agreement
PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT

Client wishes to hire Tales From HR Ltd. ("The Company") to provide services relating to Client’s coaching needs, as detailed in this Agreement. The company has agreed to provide such services according to the terms of this Agreement.
The Company's Requests for Client’s Participation in Services:

Please be on time to all appointments. If you will be late, notify your assigned Career Architect in advance. If you will miss an appointment, at least 24 hours advance is required. Appointments missed without 24 hours’ notice will only be rescheduled at The Company's sole discretion.

Be honest and participate fully. Recognize that our sessions are a safe place to look at what you really want, and what it will take to make it happen.

Make a commitment to the action plans you create, and do what you have agreed to do.

Understand that the power of the coaching relationship can only be granted by you, and commit to making the relationship powerful. If you see that the coaching is not working as you desire, communicate and take action to return the power to the relationship.
PROTECTIONS

Copyright Ownership: In the event that any copyrighted work(s) are created or shared as a result of the Services provided by Parties in accordance with this Agreement, the contributing Party owns all copyrights in any and all work(s) it creates or produces. Any and all products, whether tangible or intangible, produced or created in connection with, or in the process of fulfilling this Agreement, are expressly and solely owned by the Party who creates the materials and may be used in the reasonable course of each Party's business going forward. For example, if a template is shared, Client may not share, distribute, sell, or otherwise enjoy the privileges of said template and copyrighted material contained within the template.
Permitted Uses of Material(s): In no event is Client allowed to share The Company's materials with any third party without express prior written permission.
Confidentiality: Parties will treat and hold all information of or relating to this Agreement, the Services provided, and the Parties’ businesses in strict confidence, and will not use any of this information except in connection with fulfilling the terms of this Agreement.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY

Indemnification: Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Company, its related parties and affiliates from any and all claims, losses or demands.
Guarantees: The Company cannot make any guarantees as to the results, including financial or other gains, of the interview and/or career coaching services provided.

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, REFUNDS AND NO-SHOWS

Cancellation, Rescheduling of Services, or No-Show Client: If Client desires to cancel Services, reschedule Services, or if it becomes impossible to render Services due to the fault of the Client or parties related to Client, Client shall provide notice via the Notice Provisions detailed in this Agreement.

Services that are canceled seven (7) or more days before the appointment date will be refunded, in their entirety.

Services that are canceled less than seven (7) days from the beginning of the appointment date, will be refunded, by fifty percent (50%) of the service fee.
​
No refund is offered for any cancellations within one (1) day of the start of the appointment.
Failure to Perform Services: In the event The Company cannot or will not perform its obligations in any or all parts of this Agreement, it (or a responsible party) will:

Immediately give Notice to Client via the Notice provisions detailed in this Agreement; and

Issue a refund or credit based on a reasonably accurate percentage of Services rendered; and

Excuse Client of any further performance and/or payment obligations in this Agreement.

The Company reserves the right to change its payment, refunds policy terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when communicated via the Notice Provisions in this agreement.
NOTICE PROVISIONS

Parties shall provide effective notice (“Notice”) to each other via either of the following methods of delivery at the date and time which the Notice is sent:
