BEGINNINGS

Tales From HR began on Facebook as a page owned by our Chief Career Architect. It was an outlet to convey humorous incidents in the world of recruitment and in so doing offer advice to job seekers about what not to do. This passion for storytelling evolved as persons became interested in seeking assistance to “right the wrongs” they committed as job candidates. The conscious decision was then made to share knowledge by passionately existing as a business that empowers professionals to overcome their next career challenge and reach fulfilment.

We are an HR Consultancy firm based in Trinidad and Tobago, specialising in the use of storytelling as a dynamic engagement tool, assisting our clients to reflect on their career and business needs. We draw upon anecdotes from experiences as professionals in the Human Resources field, as well those experiences of our technical team, to educate, train and effect positive change.
