Our stand-alone services are just that- separate items that you can select and add to your cart in any combination that suits your needs. Career Packages, however, are our best-selling products and services, strategically and conveniently bundled together to offer you cost savings while helping you to achieve your career goals.
Unless other arrangements are made, document drafts are provided within five business days from when the client information is received. This includes information from the Resume/CV Questionnaire or information received via e-mail or consultation.
Career Marketing Tools (Resume/CV/Cover Letter/Linked In Optimisation)- you are expected to complete the TFHR Resume/CV Questionnaire, provide your most recent resume and a vacancy post (if applicable). Don't worry if it's been 5 years since your last update, we just want to know about your background.
Interview Coaching- upon check out you will be instructed to attach the vacancy post or submit a link to the post.
Career Coaching- these packages are custom and the requirements will be detailed in your contract.
- Cover Letter Crafting: no more than two full rounds of revisions 
- Resume Crafting: no more than 4 full rounds of revisions 
- LinkedIn Oprtimisation: no more than 4 full rounds of revisions 
No. Making a purchase from us serves as an acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of our Career Marketing Tools Agreement and/or Coaching Agreement. This is explained on your check out page.
For Career Coaching Services you will however receive a separate contract customised to the services and time period you agreed to with your Career Architect.
Please book your service 5-7 days in advance to ensure that you have time to review your customised interview guide. However, you can pay the rush fee and your session will be facilitated within 1-2 days.
All video coaching sessions are conducted via a one-click video meeting platform that does not require a download. Your PC/Mac browser is all you need.
Your coach will be your catalyst and facilitator on a path of discovery and self-awareness about your career, job search and goals. One-time sessions are facilitated but note that the coaching relationship develops over time and to see the best results you should invest in one of our customised career coaching packages.
All items in our career catalogue are currently in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars. (TT $1.00 ≈ US $0.15)

Yes, you can. Upon checking out you have the option to choose your preferred method of payment. Simply select “bank transfer/online deposit” and instructions will appear with our banking info as well as details on how to submit proof of payment.
Yes, service only begins after your proof of payment is submitted to info@talesformhr.com. This applies to all services. Digital and physical products are also delivered or shipped after proof of payment is submitted.
The products and/or services purchased from the Company are designed, and customized for each client. As such, they are considered a set of creative products and services and are non-refundable.
However, an administrative fee of 20% will be deducted from the total fee paid if a refund is requested before receiving a Resume Questionnaire or a scheduled consultation with a Career Architect
